At present, hydrogen fuel cell research focuses on the field of proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFC), conducting multi parameter polarization curve testing, battery performance evaluation, durability control strategy research, etc. through fuel cell testing systems, researching feasible solutions, improving battery efficiency and performance, which is of great significance for the application of hydrogen fuel cell technology.


The hydrogen fuel cell itself is a power generation device. In order to grasp the performance data of the fuel cell, it is necessary to simulate a load to test a single cell. However, the testing requirements for a single cell fuel cell are strict. A single cell can only generate a voltage of no more than 1V, and the electronic load has internal resistance. The larger the load current, the higher the corresponding minimum load voltage. If we require electronic loads to start testing from 0V, we will face the problem of high current load caused by "0V start". This poses challenges to the safety, reliability, and stability of fuel cell testing equipment.
