Product description

Lithium battery electrode materials or solid electrolytes are made of powder raw materials by pressing or sintering. The polar sheet rolling process in the manufacturing process of lithium ion battery is actually the process of compaction of positive and negative electrode powder materials, and the process of powder rearrangement and densification.

Compaction density is closely related to specific capacity, charge and discharge efficiency, internal resistance and battery cycle performance. Generally, the higher the compaction density, the higher the energy density of the battery, so the compaction density is usually used as one of the important indicators of the energy density of the battery material.
